CSBG Rent/Mortgage Payments and Utility Assistance:
Funding is provided for past due bills if the applicant meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation.

EMERGENCY RELIEF:
Funding is provided for direct assistance to the applicant that meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation. This program will also provide prescription assistance if the client does not have Medicaid, health insurance, or Worker Compensation. Emergency Relief is a local cash donation from the Carlsbad Ministerial Alliance that is issued through the Carlsbad Foundation. Assistance is only provided for residents of Carlsbad.

FEMA ASSISTANCE:
Assistance is provided if the applicant meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation. Funds must be used to meet emergency food or shelter needs only.

SPECIAL PROJECT:
SNMCAC has entered into a partnership with Group Workcamps that will allow youth and teens to rehabilitate elderly, disabled, and low-income homes.
